Introduction Junk Food is a low nutritional with a comparatively high caloric Value. High sugar, fat, salt and calories are the ingredients in junk food, the more you eat the more weight the body will gain. The term for junk food is snack foods, gum, candy, sweet desserts, and fried fast food. Health problems & Mood swings Junk food can affect people’s lives with all that sugar and salt. Junk food can cause high blood pleasure and diabetes, can causes people to have mood swings, and junk food cans also effect children in school with their grades and behavior. The most important reason why people shouldn’t eat junk food because in the future it gives people health problems. For example the body starts to gain weight that leads to body fat. With the high level of fat and sodium in junk food causes high blood pressure. High blood pleasure causes diabetes, heart disease and arthritis. The high levels of sugar in junk food puts metabolism under stress; when eating refined sugar, the pancreas secretes high amounts of insulin to prevent a dangerous spike in blood sugar levels. See or eat junk food causes many chemical and neurotransmitter are released in the body. Junk food may lead to depression in teenagers (Smith). Hormonal changes at puberty make teens more susceptible to mood and behavioral swings. When eating healthy the body starts to play a part in keeping hormone levels on an even keel. Children’s Children who not always understand the health consequences of their eating habits, junk food may appear especially appetizing. Junk food messes up your brain, body, and health. It causes many sickness and diseases to many people. Junk food also causes addiction to children. Children are the main people that shouldn’t eat junk food a lot especially while still in school. They will never be able to focus to the work the teacher gives them with all the sugar in their system. Children will continue to eat junk food and become obese. They reason why people should start feeding children healthy snacks and not junk food. Not just the children, adults as well. People to start thinking about their health more then their stomach. Everyone needs to start eating and thinking smart. No more diabetes, no more weight gaining, no more brain function, no more mood swings no more addiction, no more grades dropping, no more sleepless days, no more junk food.
