Culture is the common behavior of a group of people living in the same geographical area; these shared behaviors identify the members of a specific group and differentiate them from other people from different groups. These set of behaviors are taught to the new generations as the way of life. Linton, R. (1945). Describes culture as a learned behavior which been shared and passed on by the people of a specific group to their generations. Schein(1992) defines culture as a set of assumptions on how the world should be and these assumptions are shared by a group of people who belongs to the same society these set of assumption designs their behaviors, feelings and thoughts.
The perception that grace and law are opposites is unbiblical and stems from an incorrect view of God. God’s plan for the world is perfect (Psalm 18:30) and therefore, both law and grace are instrumental in His plan. Jesus says in Matthew 5:17-18 that he came to fulfil the law. He did this through four things; He kept the law perfectly, He exemplified the prophecies in the law, He clarified the meaning of the law and He came as a sacrifice so that animal sacrifices are no longer needed in Christianity. In Ephesians, Paul explains... ... middle of paper ... ...that can be followed by any believer.

Culture plays a very important role in our lives. The importance of culture lies in its close association with the ways or thinking and living. Differences in cultures have led to diversity in the people from different parts of the world. Our cultural values influence how we approach living and according to the behaviorist definition of culture, it is the ultimate system of control where people monitor their own standards and behavior. Our cultural values shape our thinking, behavior and personality.
Finally I'm going to write about if Christian comedies are "out of touch" or "in touch" and I'll be analysing father Ted and the Vicar of Dibley Firstly the general content of Songs of Praise was hymn singing and interviews with Christian believers not only from a British background but from other cultures like Pakistani and Nigeria. It portrayed Christianity as a religion that is not only aimed at the white British but for everyone. It is also portrayed Christianity as a religion that the younger viewers can relate to. The programme was upbeat and enjoyable. However Paradise Found was aimed for older viewers because it was documenting relaxation and meditation, and the younger viewers don't really need it.
Although my religion is not Christianity, it is good to learn the new thing and know what Christianity is. I believe every religion that wants people do the good things and have good moral and ethical to make a peace and safe world, only the doctrines and the gods are different. No matter what your religion is and what you believe, people should live in this life, to do the good things and make yourself happy. You do not know what happen after death, are there a heaven and a hell? The important thing is now, this life.
Augustine was actually born a Christian and taught Christian doctrine by his mother Monica while still young. However, born Christian and not interested in pagan religions, Augustine was also not particularly interested in orthodox Christianity either. He ... ... middle of paper ... ...that it is God's mercy that will save him, nothing else will. Because of this belief, God's mercy becomes an important aspect of orthodox Christian belief. Augustine found Christianity appealing on many levels, though the main attraction was the ability to use logic to understand religion.
Going to a Christian school, I thought that Christianity was the one and only religion that people should follow. After this class, I realized that different countries have their own reasons as to why they believe in the religion that they do. Many religions have good aspects like giving to the poor or helping the community (Greiner 2012). Even though I was skeptical about taking this class, overall I am glad that I did because it opened my eyes to what is actually in the world. It expanded my knowledge of all the different cultures.
Christianity has... ... middle of paper ... ...lam.org) The Qurans show Muslim the right path just as the bible does for Christians. The bible and the Quran have some of the same prophet and had followers; they took the time to teach them. There knowledge that is in book is full of teaching that God wanted us to see and learn and its what they wanted the people to learn from both books the bible and the Quran. Muslims accepts the teaching of the Jewish religion and also the Christian Gospels but they have their own. Now Muslims believe that Jews and Christians have moved away from what God’s true meaning was.
When I was young, I really didn’t understand a lot of what the Bible meant, but I knew the basics of Christianity because of the influence my mom and family put into my life. As soon as I started growing up, and started understanding the true meaning of what the bible portrayed, I felt it was something that I could get behind. I practice my religion because the core principles that define Christianity are simple ways of life that will make you a better person. The principles that are most significant in my life revolve around being kind and honest to everyone while following basic principles such as, do not steal, do not murder, honor your parents. When things like this are stated, the first word that comes to mind is trustworthy.
