Questions related to the interviews process were derived form the original hypotheses and aims of the study, it was important to correlate them to the information required to answer the interrogations at the source of the research. The main attributes of the questions was to extract significant data from the candidates, the respondent had to feel at ease with the method and not become threatened with process than could be perceived as intimidated and not fitting with the intention of the overall study. Questionnaire for the interviews was fabricated around four sections; the respondent information, introduction, instructions, and classification data, with three different types of questions; behavioural, attitudinal, and classification (Hague, 2006). An assortment of direct, indirect, closed, and open questions was used to provide a wide range of response avoiding boredom from the people involve and ensuring increased validity of the procedure. Frankel and Devers (2000) demonstrated the non-linear and non-sequential attributes of the qualitative data harvesting methods, the solidity of the conceptual and theoretical frameworks. In this case, the mixed methods allowed collecting both types of information creating a more complete picture of the activities of knowledge transfer. The designs of the inquiries were critical to complete the portion developed by the questionnaire related to the quantitative data collected from the primary group. Literature review completed beforehand were directing the construction of the interviews question, both millennials and subsequent generations had to be involved in the activity and catering to this audience demanded a dual approach. A preliminary consultation with the interpreter was instituted before and after each interview to ensure the appropriate protocol and inform the participants of the purpose of such a practice and remove interrogations possibly latent.
