The definition of personal information has changed from time to time, which reflexing the development of technology. It is used in many terms such as “personal information (PI)”, “personal data” and “personal identifiable information (PII)” which have the same meaning. In early 20s, when most of databases are still offline, the personal information usually referred to the information that can identify directly or indirectly, to a single person [4], [5]. However, the meaning of personal information has changed in the Big Data age when everything already connected together. People produced a lot of information that can track back to their individual. Researchers have frequently found that a small piece of unimportant information can be re-identified to an individual [6], [7].
In this study, personal information is information which directly or indirectly relating to a person regardless of its source.
III. PROBLEM OF PERSONAK INFORMATION COLLECTION USING SOCIAL LOGIN
In this study, we focus on the following problems that are the problems of personal information collection using social network login.
Untrustworthy personal information collector: There are many illegal collectors on Internet that collect personal information and use it illegally. There are many websites and mobile application that integrated with the social login and have an objective to collect personal information from consumers. Currently, there are illegal collectors who create an unreasonable application on SNS such as a short quiz application to lure consumers to provide their information to them.
Uncompleted information: Even if, SNS contains personal information of the consumer in an account, the information may not enough for many businesses. For example...

... that involve in the public profile, email and birthday because there are many attributes that cannot collect by using the online form. The result shows in figure 3 by percentage.

The comparison result show that, even in the same website, the requested personal information in Facebook login and online form are totally different. The powers of social network provide the benefits to the service providers. They can collect some special personal information when using the social login such as friend list, like and check-in location. However, the result also shows the higher risks when the consumers disclose their personal information using social logon. They can disclose unnecessary information to the service provider too.
