1. Introduction:
In 21st century, the development of economic and technology is spreading widely all around the world. It is one of the main cause leads to the competition between many organisations or companies. There are many different organisations and they all want to be successful and well-known in the world by their brands. However, the opportunity is limited so the competition would be more dramatically. In addition, the awareness of people is higher than before and they need more products with both high quality and nice shape. In order to afford their satisfaction, the organisations need to create something newer and better. Therefore, the possible solution to help the organisation develop better is creativity. Creativity is based on the ability of each individual and it is the most persuadable and reliable criteria to evaluate the quality of the organisations. This report was written to help people understand more about the creativity and its benefits for organisations.
2. Creativity: 2.1: Definition of creativity:
Based on Kaufmann and Sternberg’s reseach (2007), creativity is a complicated phenomenon that creates something new by working individually or in group. It appears in many subjects such as: art, literature, music, architecture, technology, science, business... It can be an invention in technology or science, a new creation in art, a new design in fashion or architecture or a solution in any other subjects that improve our life and make people more satisfied. Most definitions of creativity comprise three criteria: the first criteria is new, different or innovative. The second criteria is better quality and the last one is must be appropriate to the task at hand . Richard Florida's The Rise of the Creative Class gives a very interesting look into the science behind creativity and a thorough understanding of the creative process. According to Florida, creativity is a cognitive ability separate from other mental functions and all aspects related to intelligence. Creative potential does benefit from intelligence though but creativity is still a capacity inherent to all but in varying degrees for each person. Creativity requires self-assurance and the ability to take risks, however, because people utilizing creativity are usually going up against orthodox ideas about things and are challenging the norm and receiving a lot of criticism for these innovations. One must be sure of their self to maintain belief in their innovation through all this criticism and must be willing to take a risk in introducing their product of creativity to the market in the face of all this criticism. Florida claims there are four steps to the creative process. The first is preparation in which the person intently studies the task at hand getting a good grasp of the concept in their mind. The next step is incubation which is still a relatively unknown process of how this works in the mind but what is known is that one must consciously and subconsciously study the concept in their mind. The next step is illumination in which the person sees a new synthesis for this concept. The final step is verification or revision which include all work after the illumination step. I found it interesting that creativity is largely based on experiences and creativity favors people with an intellect with diverse experiences and perspectives because of this. This is because creativity requires the synthesis of different perspectives to create something new and useful. I also found it interesting that many highly creative environments in the past such as China and the Islamic world have died out because of social and economic conditions and these places now are not thought of as creative and intellectual centers anymore. I also found the concept of New Growth Theory to be very interesting in that it is essentially the empowerment of every person through the power of ideas and intellectual property although this theory seems slightly optimistic when it is compared to Karl Marx's goal of the proletariat overthrowing the upper classes.
Creativity should be about the pure enjoyment of having been involved, influencing others and being influenced, combining ideas and preserving those that speak to us, discovering and appreciating all that which is greater than ourselves.

In their article, “The Creativity Crisis”, authors Po Bronson and Ashley Merryman explore the urgency of the downfall in the public’s “creativity quotient.” Bronson and Merryman emphasize the necessity for young children to be imaginative. Through an IBM poll, they verify that with the decrease of creativity in our society comes an array of consequences seen in the work field. The authors remind readers of another reason for the importance of creativity; they argue that creative ideas can solve national matters. Hence, Branson and Merryman believe that original ideas are key for a better world. Though I concede that creativity is a vital key to the solution of many national problems, I still insist that teaching creativity,
Creativity is a process of having original ideas that have value. A big part of being creative is looking for new ways of doing things within whatever activity an individual is involved in. The most creative teacher displays a great deal of curiosity about many things; constantly asking questions about anything and everything; able to determine the main problems even in an extremely disarray situation and generate a large number of ideas or solutions to problems in often unusual, unique and clever manner.
In conclusion to some up this essay the term ‘creativity’ will always cause a debate in the educational system as. There will always be difficulty defining it as many use the term too loosely to have a definitive meaning. It requires risk taking, it is difficult to portray creativity when schools are so obsessed with right or wrong answers for ways of doing things. Society teaches us the risks are bad because the government and its policies interfere with our own choices and decisions.
What exactly is creativity? To be creative is to understand and connect the small details of our experiences, both good and bad (creative something). Creativity involves a person using his or her original ideas to create something. Artists such as poets, writers, painters, designers, and more use creativity on a regular basis. They use creativity to come up with new ideas and create original works of art. A poet would use his or her creative abilities to write and produce a poem just like a painter would use creativity to paint a painting.
A person’s talent personality traits and inspirations .The steps consist of the symbol system, instructions, procedures, and regulatory patterns. The pitch which consist of people working with the same type (artist, scientist, journal, editors) whose activity administer by the same specific guidelines and practices. Creativity is the process in which interaction between a creative individual who has become engaged in a field and stand up with an new idea and an spectators who may be unsure about tolerant the idea, creativity also occur as a set of rules and practices must be enhanced from the arena of individual . Individual must be producing a merit in the contented area.
