INTRODUCTION A studies have been done to examine the composition of English grammatical errors made by the pupils of Six Meranti, Sekolah Kebangsaan Dato’ Ahmad Said Ipoh Perak. The purpose of the analysis was carried out to identify grammatical errors that have been made among primary school students learn English.This study also to identify weaknesses, how to apply grammar skills when pupils write a composition. This analysis has been conducted on 20 people, including four Chinese students and an Indian student who have been in a class by using a composition that was written by them and make an analysis. This analysis was also performed to recognize, the mistakes are frequently built by students to think of the number of words in a composition and based on the pupil's ability to treat the use of the word among students in the class that almost all students are among the Malay students. As we know, English is often taken for granted by students for not being interested in and master especially among Malay students. Almost the entire class failed to master English perfectly and this study was done to examine the challenge of learning English in middle-performing students, particularly in terms of grammar. Research on error is a branch of the applications in the field of linguistics, introduced by Corder (1967) and until now this theory is still used in all language learning. PROCEDUR To accomplish this task, the pupils were required to write a composition on a given topic as an option for them. Various titles are given to ensure that pupils are free to create their own compositions. Pupils can choose the title, as follows: 1. My Best Friend 2. Activities during school holidays. 3. Prepositions are typically come in front of noun phrases and pronouns, and tell something about place, time, reason, and so on. 1. Wrong: Suzanne is not feeling well since 2 months. Correct: Suzanne is not feeling well for two months. 2. Wrong: He wants knows how to bake a muffin but he always waste his time. Correct: He wants to know how to bake a muffin but he always wastes his time. 3. Wrong: She will put her dirty clothes on the washing machine every day. Correct: She will put her dirty clothes in the washing machine every day. In the first sentence, for measures time while since refers to a specific period. In the sentence ‘She will put her dirty clothes in the washing machine every day’, in is the preposition. It shows the relationship between the ‘she’ (a noun) and ‘washing machine’ (another noun).
