William Henry "Bill" Gates III has dramatically colonized and revolutionized the face of
Technology, the Economy/Society, and Education (how people can communicate). Bill gates has
changed the way people think and how they operate in modern day society; with the pieces of
technology he introduced to this world.
First of all, Bill gates has transformed his ideas, dreams, and insane concepts into the world
wide known technology infrastructure. Bill gates first started at Harvard; there he was working
on a Computer programming language for Altair known as BASIC with his friend Paul Allen.
By Gates’ junior year he believed he had a bigger purpose than just being a “plain old computer
programmer”, so Bill left Harvard University to begin work on his concept of Microsoft. After
hours of programming with his soon to be Co-founder Paul Allen they finally come up with the
world renowned company called Microsoft. The real question is, exactly how has Bill Gates
impacted the widely used category of Technology and how people use it. Let’s just sit and think
about the “Big Picture” if Gates never created Microsoft, where would the world be today,
we would be in the Stone Age as far as technology is concerned. As a result from making the
company of Microsoft Bill Gates has made many daily jobs that were quite lengthy and grueling
all computerized. That would include accounting, research developers, data management, and
even website developers. In return to making this possible for so many people around the globe
he is widely respected, but often criticized for how monopoly like Microsoft seems. From the

education systems of the United States of America; he is focused primarily on college
age students, and helping them get their degrees’ and achieving their careers quicker
in life by helping create the Competency Based Learning remedial courses. Based upon
the above information its is fairly easy to conclude that Bill Gates’ has deeply impacted
the way people of the United States do their day-to-day tasking; and that Gates’ will
continue to help the worldly needs in the future ahead.

After completing their second year of college Gates and Allen had decided to make their own software company. They started out with Micro-Soft as the first name of the company but later took the hyphen. Gates had soon went back to school at harvard however he dropped out in 1977 before he graduated.
