Wrestlemania 17 is a Wrestlemania for the ages, and one that in my opinion, could never be outdone. Brilliantly booked, complete unpredictability, so many wonderful surprises, along with numerous classics, make this the ultimate Wrestlemania. The crowd is huge, very loud, and incredibly atmospheric.

WWF Intercontinental Championship
William Regal Vs Chris Jericho|C|. Big pop for Jericho. The perfect way to start an opener, with one of the most popular superstars, and a great unique competitor in Regal. Very solid wrestling from both, and I liked the psychology about Jericho's injured arm. Jericho retains.

6 man tag. Tazz&APA Vs Right To Censor. Crowd is popping for everything!. Not bad for a 3 minute match. Standard tag wrestling, but nowhere near as bad as you might think. Tazz&APA win.

Hardcore Championship. Raven|C| Vs Kane Vs Big Show. Not bad for a Hardcore match. Trashy, but fairly fun as well, with some really memorable spots. Kane wins the title.

Test|C| Vs Eddie Guerrero. When was the las time you saw a big pop for Test?!. Very solid title match here. Test worked well with Eddie, and there were a number of exciting moments. Eddie wins the title, with outside interference.

Kurt Angle Vs Chris Beniot. Not at the level of some of there matches, but still near classic indeed. Pure wrestling at it's finest, and the mind games from Beniot were great. With these two you know what your getting, so sit back and enjoy!. Angle wins by cheating.

... in 2001, I felt betrayed that Austin souled his soul, and was tempted to turn my back on him, it really hit me hard, but I didn't know any better back then. I still don't agree with it, but it sure made for a classic moment. Austin gets the title, to a deafening pop, I don't think fans realized he turned heel. My favorite Wrestlemania match of all time, and one of my favorites period.

Bottom line. Wrestlemania X-Seven is simply the best, and in consideration for WWE's greatest event period. What they accomplished here hasn't been equaled. This is what wrestling is all about, this was WWE's golden era, and unfortunately Vince hasn't been able to recreate the success since then. If you haven't seen it, where on earth have you been?. I respect opinions of all kind, but if you dislike this one, you really have no taste in Wrestling. See it, and see it now!.

Many are still wondering how the champ made it to the corner. However, in between rounds Liston told he corner, "That's it." While they didn't understand it at the time,
It was a cool, crisp November evening, while five teenagers were hustling and bustling around my house excitedly getting ready for their very first showing of the live version of their all time favorite movie. They knew it would be the best night of their lives. The night of my 15th birthday party, my friends and I all piled into my parents car around 11:00 PM and headed off down the road to the Heights Theater. The movie we are about to see is an all time classic. The Rocky Horror Picture Show is the best cult film of all time. The movie has all the three basic elements it should have. It has funny audience participation, wonderful acting, and a great story line.

I glared. There really wasn't much wrestling I could get into while I was still on crutches. Maybe once I got my boot on I would be able to kick his butt. The doctor told me I would get out of this stupid cast in four more weeks, but then I would be in a walking boot for three more weeks. Stupid Soc.
To sum everything up this film was one of the greatest films ever made. There are so many different parts of the movie that made other filmmakers take a look at “Citizen Kane” before starting their own film. This film has change many filmmakers decisions on how to portray there film. “Citizen Kane” will never be forgotten and will on in every filmmakers decisions.
Until the break of 1980, wrestling was primarily a big man's game. Sheer strength and intensity ruled the ring, forcing smaller wrestlers to take the extra leap to make a name for them. The real main-eventers were the Bruno Sammartinos, and the Bob Backlunds, and Killer Kowalskis. Men like Bret"Hitman"Hart, Tito Santana, Ricky Steamboat, and the "Macho King"Randy Savage had to add more excitement to their style due to the lack of strength. What they would devise became the most popular ring structure for over 15 years. Technical wrestling is best characterized by faster, moving confrontations with endurance to the end. A good technical wrestler, such as Bret Hart, will use a series of fast-paced moves that don't take much strength but rather his opponents' momentum. He will use the ropes to give him more speed but he isn't clumsy on the rebound. He's quick to counter just about anything and he definitely isn't afraid of taking his attack to the next level, such as ascending the turnbuckles. He will take risks but he can usually access second and third winds when endurance becomes an issue. The technical wrestler has a keen sense of his surrounding environment, and because he is always alert he usually finds himself controlling the situation.
CLAP, CLAP, CLAP, CLAP, echoes through my head as I walk to the middle of the mat. "At 160lbs Aidan Conner of La Junta vs. Rodney Jones of Hotchkiss." All I can think of is every bead of sweat, every drip of blood, every mile, every push up, every tear. Why? All of this: just to be victorious. All in preparation for one match, six minutes. For some these six minutes may only be a glimpse, and then again for some it may be the biggest six minutes of their life. Many get the chance to experience it more than once. Some may work harder and want it more than others, but they may never get the chance. All they get is a moral victory. Every kid, every man comes into the tournament with a goal. For some is to win, for some is to place, others are just happy to qualify. These six minutes come on a cold frigid night in February at a place called the Pepsi Center. Once a year this gathering takes place when the small and the large, the best of the best, come to compete in front thousands of people. I am at the Colorado State Wrestling Championships.
...ully knowing until you have watched it from the beginning. WWE now have app that you can see all the episodes from the beginning that you can download. This has helped me identify what the end of the attitude era is. I am one of the people that say the era ended after Stone Cold and The Rock left. I say this because after they left, there was no one to question authority as well as Stone Cold did. No one after that cared about what would happen on Monday night Raw. Stone Cold leaving impacted the future of WWF now known as WWE. His leaving caused WWF to change.
Wrestling has grown to extensive amounts since it’s infancy. It has become one of the most organized and planned out sports in our Olympics, with some of the worlds most committed and die-hard fans to enter a stadium. Wrestling is still practiced almost everywhere in the world, whether it be in one of it’s more traditional forms, or the more modern one.
I believe the reason that, 'The Godfather', is such a great film is because it lets audiences decide whether they like the characters or not. Too many movies made about organized crime begin with some seemingly random act of violence. 'The Godfather', however, lets it be known from the start to judge the characters in the film based on what type of person they are instead of the criminal activities they may engage in.
After 15 minutes people were starting to get frustrated because nothing was happening. It is a good thing. Suddenly there was activity onstage and the lights dimmed. the first support band, Slam Cartel, came on. The mosh pit went wild.
