In the aftermath of World War Two, Stone makes an argument that the ending of World war Two was less neat than that of World War One. It ended formally with peace treaties a few months after the armistice but the world war two there was no real peace treaty with germany until 46 years after. This is convincing because when the big three met the meeting broke up without any agreements.
