Each day, around 21,000 people will die from hunger. This is not just another number. Many of the people who die including children, ranging from only a few months to the elderly. Although it seems impossible to end world hunger, millions of people are working to put a stop to this global threat. Ways that people are helping to end world hunger for good are through learning more about this situation, getting involved with different organizations, different techniques of create food packs that can be easily shipped to countries in need, and mission trips or other ways.

Today, MobilePack events are more efficient than ever. Last year, Feed My Starving Children reported they had about 1,051,436 people help create the MannaPack food packs, a food package containing the right amount of nutrients for children. Last December I was lucky enough to get involved in the Hope Filled Holidays MobilePack event. I found out many startling facts that I never knew about world hunger, and it was overall really life changing. At the event, you would be sent to a table including the vitamin powder, dried vegetables, soy, and rice, which are all the things need for the special MannaPack, and begin filling the bags. Then, the bags are put into a box, and shipped to countries in need of the MannaPacks. At the event, they stress the saying ,“We want to reach everyone, until all are fed.” I believe that one day they will reach their goal.
Another way people are working to make world hunger fanish is through 3-D printers. Although this may seem like a strange strategy, it is surprisingly very effective. Inventor Ajan Contractor, 3-D printing food is possible. He creates food cubes that include nutrition needed for daily meals, which include proteins, carbs , and sugars. An average food cube may include a mix of algae and grasshopper. Although this may not be appealing to most of us, it is still a great way to pack all the nutrition need for a starving
