SES conducted a clinical coordination with CM RC Kaitlyn Clifford, in support of CM vocational programs for Iman Serkin. RC stated to SES that Iman is presently working towards her independence by searching for an affordable car to purchase while working towards independent living. RC stated that she will continue to work with Iman regarding the importance of being consistent with scheduling and appointments as she has struggle in this area in the past. SES opined that bad or inconsistent attendance all have a bearing on whether on an individual’s ability to maintain their employment. Ms Patrice was born on March 21, 1950, she is a 66 years old now. She is white, female, single and current in a relationship which has lasted now for 8 years. She is verbal and ambulatory. She has not been adjudicated incompetent, which means she is capable and able to sign her own consent for her required medical/ diagnostic care, studies and procedure. She spends most of her time with her boyfriend who is also a client at Babcock. She works at Burger King from 11am to 3pm twice a week.

216/2016, CM met with the client and completed Bi-Weekly ILP Review. Client was dressed appropriately for the weather. She was welled groomed. She continues to walk with a cane stating that her foot is broken and her back hurt. In the meeting client affect was flat. She appears confused and space out.
While John is under a great deal of stress, he is in the hands of seasoned professionals who all share the same goal, getting John better. St. Luke’s, a medical center geared towards helping veterans, has provided John a knowledgeable health care provider team to help meet his needs. John’s interprofessional team is being put together by John’s primary care physician, Dr. Jackson, and his licensed clinical social worker, Tessa. The team is kept small due to John’s reservations about opening up to people. The rest of his team will consist of a veterans affairs representative to help John seek any veterans benefits he is entitled to, as well as a mental health case manager. Lastly, a CNA assigned to help John integrate into life in a home with others while he tries to get a handle on his depression and Alzheimer’s.
I was previously employed full-time in LTC as a CPhT from 2006 until 2012. During my employment with the pharmacy, I reached the position of the chief CII (schedule 2 narcotics). Lynette Zorzi, 2nd technician. Presently, I no longer work full-time, but in order to maintain my certification, I still work occasional weekends in the data entry department. Recently, I had an opportunity to work an eight hour shift over the course of a weekend and I participated as a full member of this discourse community.
Cortina Peters appears to be a highly energetic and organized Clinical Director at the Orlando Recovery Center. PER REPORTER: Carsen has missed 11 days from school. Per reporter Carsen has cerebral palsy and he is in a wheelchair. However, the reporter said that Carsen’s wheelchair is broken. The special education department was trying to work with Catherine to help get Carsen a new chair. Catherine was supposed to get a prescription from the doctor to bring to the school on 9-16-2015 but she did not bring it. According to the reporter Catherine has not been bring Carsen to his therapist appointments. Per reporter McKenzie was with her father two weekends ago. When he brought her back home she cried. It was told by the reporter there is a lot of things going on at the home, but it is unknown what kind of things are taking place at the home. Per
I decided to observe five different groups for this paper. I chose rednecks, burnouts, two different groups of athletes, and musicians. These observations were mostly made at school in the hallways, classrooms, lunch, or in the parking lot. All of the groups were easily observable, they just had to be done at different times throughout the day. The rednecks for example were more easily observable in the school parking lot, whereas the athletes were more observable in the hallways.
Walking into our first day of clinicals we were warned that it may be difficult, and it’ll be “quite the show”. My child study student ended up not being there on the first day, and the teaching assistant in the classroom said it was a blessing. I found it shocking to say the least. I was ready to meet this student that was so uncontrollable that teachers looked forward to the days he missed. I spoke with my CT during the interview and asked what she believed to be his specific needs. She explained, “Pete has high behavioral needs where he yells and screams and runs around the room. His current medication is helping with these behavioral needs. He does not like to sit and listen when on the carpet.” After meeting my child study student, it
Being at the apex of the chain of command, the administrative nursing supervisor has numerous responsibilities including but never limited to staffing, conflict resolution, and or crisis. In many circumstances, an administrative nursing supervisor must make timely, prioritizing decisions based on the resources available at any given time. The ultimate outcome ideally is patient and staff safety, and positive patient experiences and outcomes. Throughout the different departments in the facility, there are several governing unions with guidelines and contractual requirements. The facility also has policies and procedures that must be adhered to. Katie remains updated on all guidelines by attending conferences, in-services and administrative meetings. Eason, (2010) stated that, “lifelong learning allows nurses to develop confidence and skill in service provision that is evident to patients, their families, and other health care practitioners” (p.157). Naturalistic observation is a way of observing applicants in their own natural environment without the contestants realizing the observers are present. My observation took me to different places and settings to complete my assignment where I observed the subjects’ reactions and further relate it with concepts of psychology. This assignment is going to look into the observation at different settings by watching people as they go about their normal activities in their own habitats, and will briefly describe the concepts of superego, egocentrism, operant conditioning, pretend play, and lack of conservation. These concepts are common between the ages 4-6 years of age. The paper will also analyze the interactions using a reflective approach on the psychology of young children.
Accidents occur in the workplace but in secret. These most of the time lead to physical and mental injuries that might affect the worker way of living for the rest of their lives. It is estimated that more than 337 million workers get injured in their place of work or in the course of work every year leading to work-related diseases causing about 2.3 million deaths per year (United States Department of Labor, n.d.).
The school that I visited was new. It was the first year of the school opening. The school board had combined two schools into one, so the students had to adjust to their new environments and new individuals. They seemed to be getting along well with each other. Since the school is new the teacher has to adjust to new problems that araise. Times for the subjects and times for using the computer labs change. So the teacher must always be fixable for anything. In this observation of this classroom I learned about the enjoyment of teaching. How you have to adapt to each of the students.
The students that I observed in the classroom were of middle to high school. I went to see 8th, freshman, 10th , and seniors classes, they seemed excited and very curious to why I was there. The middle school was more alive and rambunctious while I observed them. The High school kids were more relaxed, more comical. Some were paying attention while others seemed tuned out to the lecture or involved in socialization with friends within the class. By the end of the class Mr. Hasgil had restored the attention of everyone by using tactics such as history jeopardy with candy as the prize with the high school kids. In both he middle school and high school the kids were mostly Caucasian with a mixture of black, Asian , and Hispanic in the classes.
