The Industrial Revolution

The Industrial Revolution took place between the 1750’s-1850’s, it was located in Great Britain and it was the motivation of the machines. The industrial Revolution was started because of resources, population, wealth, and trade. Due to Great Britain resources they were able to build machines based on the materials that they had. Great Britain wealth allowed them to invest in Innovation because their family generation passed on so they were able to afford material or you just had money to pay for the materials. The Industrial Revolution led to Child Labor, Working Conditions, and Living Conditions/Public health which demonstrates that did not lead to progress for the society because many people were injured at their job and how they were living because it was very miserable for the people. …show more content…

“There were no regular hours, master and managers did with us as they like.” Therefore, the boss didn’t care about the hours, they made them work however many. “…a half an hour would have been taken off…they would take a halfpenny.” However, the worker was not able to know the time in good conditions so if they were late to work they would have money taken off. “…me dropped down dead in the harvest field…” Therefore, one effect was the workers were put to work on unconditional weather and hours.
