The character Wonder Woman is widely seen through movies however, originally she started in comics. Comic books are an art form used to both entertain and inform. Wonder Woman was created to discuss women’s right to work but now represents empowerment for women.
The character wonder woman was created in the year 1942 by Dr. William Moulton Marston (Lepore “The Suprising Origin Story Of Wonder Woman.”). All American Comics was founded by Gaines that reached out to Marston for help to get super heros back out to the public with a postitve view. This is something completely new because Wonder Woman was the very first female super hero that came in with a bang (Lepore “The Suprising Origin Story Of Wonder Woman.”). The creators were inspired by the innocent of women and how they can be heroly and motherly. As well as Margaret Sanger the first women to open up an abortion clinic.
