William Vincent Van Gogh, the Dutch post- impressionist painter representative. Van Gogh was born in the Netherlands, a Protestant pastor rural family, the early years of his staff and the firm has done a broker, also worked as a missionary mine. He is full of fantasy, love extremes, repeated setbacks and failures in life; he devoted himself to painting the final determination " in the painting with his struggling." His early realist style, influenced by the Dutch and French realist tradition of painting school of painting. In 1886, he came to Paris and met lots of Impressionist and Neo-Impressionist painter, and exposure to the Japanese ukiyo-e works. The vision changes extend his style. His paintings changed from the dull, dark, to become clean, bright and strong colors. And when he came to the southern French town of Arles in 1888, he got rid of Impressionist and Neo-Impressionist, and became an opposite situation. In Alberta, he wanted to organize a community—for the painters. In 1888, Gauguin was been invited, but because of personality conflicts and differences between the two concepts, cooperation failed soon. Since then, Van Gogh 's madness often happened, but he still insisted conscious painting. In July 1890, he shot himself in the insanity, died when he was only 37 years old. Vincent van Gogh made total of 11 "Sunflowers" in his lifetime, there are 10 scattered around after his death, only one is currently exhibiting at the Van Gogh Museum. This series presents the sunflowers in full bloom to wither by the various stages of the image.
