William Shakespeare
Shakespeare was born in a small English town called Stratford, Avon in 1564. During his lifetime, he composed 37 plays, which are still being performed all around the world. At the age of 18, he married 26-year-old Anne Hathaway. Anne delivered their first child, Susanna, a few short months later. In early 1585, Anne gave birth to twins, a girl Judith and a boy Hamnet. Tragically, Hamnet died at the age of 11 in 1596.
Little is known about Shakespeare's life in the late 1580s. In the 1590s, he had began writing plays. Shakespeare became a member of a theater groupe called Lord Chamberlain's Men, and they performed together in front of nobles anand royalty. His early plays include: Henry VI, Richard III, The Comedy of Errors, Titus Andronicus, The Taming of the Shrew, The Two Gentlemen of Verona, Love's Labor's Lost, and Romeo and Juliet. His later plays include: Richard II, A MidsummerNight's Dream, King John, The Merchant of Venice, Henry IV, Much Ado About Nothing, Henry V, Julius Caesar, As YouLike It, and Twelfth Night, Hamlet, Othello, King Lear, Macbeth, and Antony and Cleopatra.
During the 1590s, Shakespeare became famous and gained a great deal of wealth. He bought two very expensive houses in Stratford. From 1592 to 1594, Shakespeare wrote many poems, as the theaters were shut down to stop the spread of the plague that killed thousands of people at the time.
In 1599 "The Globe" theater was built. One half of the interest in this famous public playhouse went to the theater patron family, the Burbages. But the other half was divided among five actor-sharers, and Shakespeare was one of them. The Globe was rebuilt in 1614 after a fire and the theater was used till 1644. Historians have gathered enough evidence for an authentic re-creation of Shakespeare's theatre. The new, rebuilt, Globe Theater of the 1990s is only yards away from where the original Globe stood.
In 1603, King James VI came to England's throne. He loved the theater and issued a license to the Chamberlain's Men, giving them the title "The Kings Men.

William Shakespeare was baptized on April 26th 1565 in Stratford-upon-Avon. Historians do not know his exact birth date, but do know when he was baptized. Researchers do not know exactly what school he went to but it is most commonly thought that he attended King’s New School in Stratford because it was only one fourth of a mile away from his home: “Shakespeare would have studied Latin language, literature and history, and some Greek in upper school. He would have read classic Greek plays and stories. “It is certain that Shakespeare did not go to university, but he must have paid attention in his years at grammar school for his plays regularly contain references to classical myths and history.”(Johnson 1) At age eighteen he married Ann Hathaway who was twenty six. He started producing plays, as far as historians know, by 1592 making him twenty seven years old when he produced his first works. Shakespeare was also an actor. Some of the documentation historians have about Shakespeare is the critiques of how awful of an actor he was. The main place where he acted and put on his plays was the Globe
Incidence: There about 30,000 reported cases reported to the CDC yearly (2), however, two survey studies of Clinical Laboratories in the US reported testing for Lyme Disease 2-3.4 million times with 288,000 to 329,000 positive tests annually (1)(6)
The National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases states, Lyme Disease is the most common tickborne infectious disease in the USA. The three types of ticks that Lyme Disease is transmitted through are Ixodes Scapularis (blacklegged tick or deer tick), Ixodes Pacificus (western blacklegged tick), and Ixodes Ricinus (sheep tick).
Black legged male, female, and baby ticks mainly spread their disease in Northern mid Atlantic and North Central U.S. Where you may think the sun shines bright, the wolves howl, and the bear may snag the next large bass fish, hide these tiny, but ferocious ticks. These ticks have complicated life cycles. Now I’m not talking rocket science but the way these ticks grow are more complicate than just baby to adult. While some say time is your enemy, in this case it’s your best friend. These black-legged ticks need to be attached for at least 36-48 hours before they can physically transmit Lyme disease bacteria. Immature ticks are most likely to infect humans more than matured adult ticks. Adult ticks can also spread Lyme disease but are bigger and more likely to be noticed.
Lyme disease is a bacterial disease caused by a spirochete, a corkscrew shaped bacterium, called Borrelia burgdorferi. It is spread by deer ticks in the eastern part of the United States and black legged ticks on the West. Many people think that it is only on the east coast but it can be found all over the Unites States and in sixty other countries throughout the world and on every continent except Antarctica. The estimated amount of people diagnosed with Lyme disease each year in the United States is around three hundred thousand, but there has only been twenty three cases were people that have died from it. The blood test for Lyme disease can come back negative for a patient even when the person has it which makes them unreliable to help
William Shakespeare (April 1564-April 1616) was born in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, England. His father was a leather merchant, who had managed to enter the middle class by marrying Mary Arden, from a respectable family. As a child, Shakespeare received a good education, following courses in history, language, Latin, and rhetoric.
