Recommended: Methodology of student absenteeism

Although, when a school suspends a student for a certain amount of days depending on the problem, it is mostly for miss behavior. The students might not take as them getting in trouble but, they might take saying they have a few days to sleep in like a vacation. Students have work to do while they are suspended but, since most kids parents have jobs they are gone most of the day, and the child can get in trouble for not doing their work or going places they shouldn’t be. Having this happen can lead to bad things. Even though schools should be disciplining the students, they should not suspended students because, the students may not learn their lessons at home they may need to be put in detention for awhile so they know not to do it again because, They will learn their lesson better at school, Have better grades, Also the student won’t be unattended at any time in detention.

Students will learn their lesson at school better than at home, because the student will be focused in detention having a teacher in the room they are known better to stay focused when working patiently and quietly. Suspension is unnecessary for schools to be putting the students out for a few days, it is a …show more content…

When the student is at home they might not always get to ask question if they get stuck on homework. As well, as the student parents may be gone at work and they are home alone they can get in trouble or get a bad grade on their work, because they are left unattended at home and they are not around many people like other students or teachers so possibly won’t get caught if they do something wrong. A lot of the students that are suspended suffer from bad grades or they are getting bad grades, they can’t or are afraid to ask the teacher or the other classmates questions about the homework.     These kids don’t misbehave in the classroom for no reason. They are probably releasing those emotions that are bottled up from them at home in school. Not coming from a stable background can have quite the effect on trying to learn in a classroom.
