Why People Do Not Matter

Have you ever felt like what you did, really didn't matter at all? I feel like nothing I do matters either. But recently I felt like I do my very best and it doesn't matter. So I have overcome this by realizing that what I do does matter, helping others, and Changing the way you think. First I want to describe what it feels like to be unimportant. You feel depressed all the time, you try and make friends and no-one likes you, but worst of all is all of the hate. But the good thing is that none of that is actually true. Nobody actually hates you, and if they do? So what, let them think that they are doing the harm. But know on the inside that you are loved by someone. Even if it is just your parents. The first step of learning that you do matter is to know that you are important. For example, you breathe air. You know what needs your carbon dioxide? Plants need carbon dioxide to continue their life cycles. They turn your breath into more oxygen for you to breathe. But let's give another example. I write an English essay like this one right now. You could definitely see it in other people's body language. If you went up to them, even as a random stranger and asked them if they were okay I guarantee they would tell you they weren't. If you were in the situation that they were, then you would be able to convey the same psychological expressions to help explain how to fix the issues together. If you have been in the same situation then you would know how it makes you feel and you would be the most likely candidate to help someone in a similar situation. Helping someone else cope is actually a good way to cope yourself. You can each talk about your feelings and problems together, and realize that since one of you went through the pain of depression and that unneeded feeling, then you could help each other with your coping
