The former professional football player for the Buffalo Bills, Orenthal James Simpson, was accused of multiple murders of Ronald Goldman and his ex-wife Nicole Simpson. The trial spanned eleven months from the jury's swearing-in on November 9, 1994, to opening statements on January 24, 1995, to a verdict on October 3, 1995, when Simpson found not guilty of murder.
