But the questions still remains a mystery, are they worth what they’re paid? Since ancient times males have always been the dominant ones. So it comes to no surprise why they’re the highest paid and most famous throughout the entire world. Especially when it comes to NBA and NFL. Every player is extremely over paid. Though economics is the key to understanding why these athletes earn such tremendous salaries, it lacks to support why they actually deserve it the amount they’re paid. there was a time when many Americans are still struggling to make mortgage payments , students loan payments and find better employment , it sometimes becomes really frustrating to hear about someone who makes millions playing a game and demands more and more money and then gets it . when there are people who are desperate for money they would do anything to get millions of money to take care of their family and professional athletes just spend money like no one in this world would need it . All they do is run abound, playing children's games , shooting balls into baskets , hitting a ball back and forth ,running down the field . they only reason professional athletes are there is to entertain people . Most people say that professional athletes need to be paid as much as they are because of their high risk of injuries . Athletes still get paid even if they are injured . Nowadays people seem to be losing money so fast before they can even blink it just too tough, they sometimes can't handle the bills they are getting . sometimes their light will be off 3-4 weeks because professional athletes are hugging all the money that they could use to pay bills life can be so hard sometimes that you just want to give up, but these people don't want to give up because they have a family to take care of they need to bring food to the table make sure their kids have enough money for school lunch and they sometimes don't have enough money for healthcare , car insurers , dentist, it's hard but people still manage to get through life . working hard and it's easy for professional athletes because they get paid 22 million dollars a year and it still adds up if they win a game it's crazy
