The countries that were involved included Nazi Germany, Japan, Canada, Russia and China. World War 2 occurred during 1939-1945. During World War 2 fighting was wide spread across the world. Why World War 2 started was because the prime minister declared war on Germany.
In 1933 the German people voted for a leader named Adolf Hitler. Adolf Hitler led a political party in Germany called the Nazis. Hitler promised to make his country great again. Hitler quickly began to arm Germany and to seize land from other countries.
