This information compares to Frankenstein, as Dr.Frankenstein selects individual body parts from different body’s to make up the creature. As he finds the uttermost perfect part from each body he not only tries to create the perfect creature, but also show how society only wants to see the perfect outer appearance. He does not only look like nor does he talk like everyone else in his community. “I prepared myself for a multitude of reverses; my operations might be incessantly baffled, and at last my work be imperfect, yet when I considered the improvement which every day takes place in science and mechanics, I was encouraged to hope my present attempts would at least lay the foundations of future success.” Frankenstein says that he is ok with the worst happening, but when it happens he doesn’t know what to do. Not only did Dr.Frankenstein go back on his word, but when the going got tough he left. This shows you how no matter how much you prepare for the worst until it actually happens you will never know how to act in the situation.
