What is a healthy choice? The dictionary defines being healthy as possessing or enjoying good health or a sound and vigorous mentality. When a person is healthy that means that both their body and mind are in a good state. There is an actual pyramid that a man named Maslow created that states all the needs of a person to be considered healthy. Maslow wanted to understand what motivates people. He believed that people possess a set of motivation systems unrelated to rewards or unconscious desires.
