Cost of system upgrades, new hardware and software may be included in a cloud computing contract which will mean to take away the need to pay wages to professional IT staffs. Operation cost may be reduced as well due to no needs to run additional hardware in your office which will reduce energy consumption costs.
Business continuity. Protecting your data and system is one of the most important part of business continuity. In an event of natural disasters or accident, having data stored in the cloud ensures it being backed up and stored safely. Being able to access the data again allows the business to conduct business as per usual and reduce downtime and delays.
