What Are the Many Benefits An Individual Can Receive From Exercise? Exercise can benefit an individual in many ways. Through research I have found several articles which have been written throughout the years that address these benefits. Some of these benefits are to prevent diseases, to improve stamina, to strengthen and tone, to enhance flexibility, to control weight, and to improve quality of life. All of these benefits will be address throughout this paper. However, even though exercise does benefits an individual, it does also depends on their circumstances. It is the number New Year’s Resolution every year. They want to know what can they do to lose weight and to lose the weight in the smallest amount of time. However, sometimes individuals do not make appropriate and healthy choice in this area. They try cleansers, fad diets, and food binging in order to achieve a fast result. These choices can lead to an individual gain all the weight back and then some or it can lead to death. The best way to lose and control an individual’s weight is to do it the old fashion way by just exercising. It’s no and’s and but’s about it. You have to exercise!! Improves Quality of Life All research proves that through daily exercise routines an individual’s quality of life is greatly enhance. It can keep you looking and feeling younger throughout your entire life.” Exercise is the “Foundation of Youth” and not botox, face lifts, and tummy tucks. The next hot fad is not the way to go to improve and maintain your quality of life. According to another article, Why Exercise is Wise, “women are prone to a condition called osteoporosis (weakening of the bones) as they get older.
