The Declaration of Independence should have never been written due to it’s ability to stop trade, and it’s potential to start a war. For example, throughout the document it is expressed that “all connection between [United Colonies] and Great Britain, is to be totally dissolved.” Not only will this make the United Colonies weak to others attacks, but this will destroy and stop all trade between the United Colonies and Great Britain, which is our only source of economy and trade goods. Furthermore, the obnoxious and immature word “Tyrant” was used to describe the King of England.
