Do you know somebody who has gone through a lot in such a small period of time? Somebody who may seem depressed or miserable? Peter, Anita, Andy, and Eliza, are all high school students who feel as if they are a fish in a tank full of sharks, because they feel as if they do not belong in this world of vicious people. In the book, “We all looked up” by T. Wallach, four high school students struggle through their senior year. Peter, a jock football player who puts on a smile for the people surrounding him, but deep down is hurting in a way that nobody could understand. Along with Peter, other students, Anita, Andy, and Eliza, are all going through a similar, but different kind of pain. Wherever they go, whether it is home, school, or sports, people torment them. In the movie Cyberbully, the high school student, Taylor Hillridge, used to be a joyful girl with many friends. Having a normal life. Until the day of her sixteenth birthday when she gets a laptop, excited about to freedom. Taylor signs up for a social networking site, and everything unexpectedly changes from good to unacceptable when she falls victim to betrayal and online bullying as she fails to try to take her life, afraid to face her peers. Eliza, from the book, “We All Looked Up” by T. Wallach, she also is getting cyberbullied. Eliza knows she isn’t perfect, hopping from guy to guy as if they were a book she couldn’t wait to read. As Eliza sits down at her computer, an email pops up signing anonymous. (Wallach p, 87). Needless to say, just like every bullying goes, it wasn’t nice.
