He goes on to mention that the show has not benefited for its move on the farm. Also, the main characters have developed types in the world they now live in but not in a appreciable way. In the premiere of The Walking Dead season 2 Episode 1. At a sight of beauty of nature to a sight of death as gunshot is fired. Otis, hunting for food has his gun loaded with his scope on a deer. Pulling the trigger and not thinking twice about he drops a deer. Also, managing to gun down carl too. Otis takes Rick and Carl back to the farm to get help. Rick tells everyone to hide under the cars. Sofia, thinking all the zombies have passed gets up and is seen by two walkers. Running into the woods she meets up with Rick. Rick coming up with the plan in telling Sofia to hide behind a tree while he distracts them and kills them. Rick returns to the rest of the group and she is not there. She is nowhere to be found.
Tucker believes (2011) That Rick can justify what he has done because he protected everyone. (para.5). Has he protected everyone? What about Sofia? Rick cannot justify shooting Sofia. Isn’t his fault that Sofia is dead. What kind of leader would leave a 5-year-old kid in the woods and tell her to stay there? Teachers can’t even keep their 5-year-old students in a nevertheless in the woods terrified. I bet if it was Carl, Rick would have done a lot more.
