I have chosen Victoria Secret as the brand for my snapchat story. This is because they are a company who effectively uses social media and choose the right MARS tools. This then satisfies the customers needs and wants and makes Victoria Secret a popular and successful brand.

Marketing is the process to creating a plan which covers the 4 p’s. These include product, place, price and promotion.

Victoria Secret (VS) uses many touch points that are consistent and this results in customers knowing what they are going to get. One touch point that they well is the iconic bags. Even though it may not seem like a big deal it a very successful way of marketing themselves and giving the customer something a little bit extra and more special.

By receiving frequent emails from the latest sales, becoming a loyalty customer, and portraying a VS girl makes the customer feel like they are buying into the brand.

An email directed to the customer, especially if it is personalised can strengthen their relationship with the brand and build loyalty.

Retail is the process of selling consumer goods and/or services to customers through multiple channels of distribution to earn a profit.

The brands objective originally was to make what was an uncomfortable experience (shopping for lingerie) by men to one that could be light hearted and fun.
