Victim Avina Essay

INTRODUCTION:

The suspect(s) has been verbally abusive toward the victim.

EVIDENCE:

Victim’s audio recorded statement which was uploaded into VeriPic. INVESTIGATION:

On 03-10-16 at 1421 hours, Officer Harrell #3441 and I were dispatched to the PPD Records Lobby for a domestic violence investigation. Upon our arrival, we met with Victim Supaporn Avina who told us the following information in summary:

Victim Avina and her husband, Suspect Dennis Glen Avina began dating approximately five years ago. They began living with one another about a month into their dating relationship. In October of 2013 Victim Avina was deported to Thailand due to her Visa expiring. Suspect Avina traveled to Thailand where the two were married in October

Suspect Avina has never made any type of threats to Victim Avina with the handgun. Victim Avina reportedly has not seen the firearm since. Victim Avina has seen boxes of ammo.

During their relationship, Suspect Avina has been verbally abusive with Victim Avina. He has reportedly said the following statements toward Victim Avina on a weekly basis: you motherfucker, go fuck yourself, you fucking whore and suck my dick. Suspect Avina has never struck or caused any injuries to Victim Avina.

Victim Avina told me approximately five years, prior to getting married, Suspect Avina threw his dress shoe at her. The shoe hit Vicitm Avina is the stomach which did not cause any injuries. About two months ago, Suspect Avina attempted to push Victim Avina’s right shoulder. Victim Avina lend back and avoided the push but hit her right upper thigh against the living rooms coffee table. The impact later left a quarter size bruise. Victim Avina took a photograph of the bruise (see attached photo).

Victim Avina also audio recorded a recent incident which Suspect Avina was yelling and using profanity. I listened to the recording and heard Suspect Avina yelling and using profanity toward Victim Avina. While I was listening to the recording, I saw that Victim Avina became upset and began
