Veterinary Science or Veterinary Medicine is a specialty on treatment or diagnosis on the health of domesticated and wild animals. Veterinarians also ensure to prevent transmission of animal’s diseases to people. Also, veterinarians make certain that domesticate and wild animals are eating safe food for their diet by monitoring and maintaining.
In the 2000 BCE in Babylonia and Egypt person perform as doctors to all kind of animals. In ancient Greek veterinarians were "horse-doctors" or "pertaining to the beast of Burden". One of the important veterinarians was Louis Pasteur, he was born on December 27, 1822, in France. He studied germs and bacteria that led him to discover the vaccine for Anthrax and Rabies. People and animals are expecting high quality veterinary services as the population grow. There are some concerns that Veterinarians, one of the issues that concern them the most is the economic situation most pet owners have, many have the money to pay the medical care of their pets, but many have less to not even have a normal checkup, this issue has been happening since 2016. The health care of pets is becoming more and more expensive throughout the years. Veterinarians are trained in animal medicine, surgery and behavior. Graduates of veterinary programs may care for small animals, such as dogs and cats, or specialize in large animals, like horses.
