They diagnose, treat, and research medical conditions and diseases of pets, livestock, and other animals” (veterinarian).Veterinarians don’t just care for the animals they also help to improve public health by keeping animals healthy for people. They treat medical conditions and diseases of pets and livestock that are used for food and drugs. The information that is gathered talks about how veterinarians are responsible for treating sick and injured animals. They also improve public health.
