Valley Forge Essay The Revolutionary war was an exciting time for the Americans. They were fed up with the King’s rules, and they wanted a change. So, the Americans fought the British. With tons of hard work, hope, and will The Americans won the fight against Great Britain. They had some very determined soldiers. Would you have been one of those soldiers, or would you have quit? I would have quit because there was too much illness, I would be hungry, and the weather was bad. I would not stay at Valley Forge because there is too much illness. On document A, it says on December 23, 1777, 2,898 people had an illness. The number increases by 1091 on February 1, 1778. Also, many people died from illness.
