As an analyst, I would like to Interview the stakeholders of the company, Which will help me to understand their specific needs and potentially conflicting requirements Ask questions, listen to their responses, and ask for their opinions in order to complete the deficiencies. Their opinions can help project team to make better decisions to accomplish the project successfully. After I finish the interview, I can also make the prototype which will give me an idea, how will the final project look like, it will also help me to define any feasibility issues. It puts the requirement into perspective by explaining how it is used by the user and how the requirement being met will impact the system. This helps the analyst better develop their model while being prepared for potential changes and exceptions. A well-designed use case also helps future development of projects and more effective elicitation of requirements.
The Use Case is more art than science and, in my opinion, needs to start simple even if it has mistakes. The point of a use case is to describe a requirement and how meeting it helps a client, with a specific audience in mind when writing the use case. Understand the important elements and the functions of data flow diagram, and the four symbols are processed, data flows, data stores, and external entities. It's important to learn the basic requirement of creating DVDs, for example, a Data Flow Diagram requires at least one processing step and there must be at least one data flow entering to the process.
