Introduction In this essay I will be talking about roles America plays in global conflicts. I will be talking about why America are involved in global conflicts, people’s opinions on global conflicts and what impact there involvement has on global conflicts. Why are the Americans involved in most Global Conflicts? The United States are involved in most global conflict because they have the largest economy out of every country. Therefore they can afford to buy the best weapons and are able to supplies countries with large amounts of foreign aid. The American are also involved in fighting ISIS. This is because the FBI knows of 150 Americans that have been linked to ISIS. There are over 20,000 foreign fighters from more than 90 different countries. …show more content…

In a poll conducted by nsnbc.com it says the 62% of people in American support Obama’s decision to take action against ISIS in Iraq and Syria. While 22% Oppose this. While 68% of voters have little or some confidence that Obama’s plan to eliminate the ISIS threats. And 28% say they have high confidence in Obama’s plan to eliminate ISIS. A western diplomat described ISIS as a result of “Combat Darwinism”. He also said that the leaders are survivors of US Marine being in Fallujah and Syria using Chemical Weapons. The US defence Secretary Ash Carter said that the “Iraqi forces just showed no will to fight”. And he also said that the Iraqi force outnumbered the opposing Islamic State and still failed to win the fight. However the Iraq president questioned this by saying that he was “Surprised” that Carter said. And said that he was fed the wrong information. Iraqi soldiers blamed America for not giving them or selling them enough advanced weapons to fight. And also blamed the Iraqi government for not being able to seal a deal with the US which would have keep US forces in Iraq. They also blame corruption for the collapse of the Iraq army after the US troops were pulled from Iraq in 2011.
