After that chapter about unhealthy food, it must be a relief to look at ways to eat healthier. By now you must realize that you can 't continue eating a lot of unhealthy food and still expect health and weight loss. I 'm sure you already like some healthy food, and it 's easy to start liking more of the foods that are healthy for you. In a previous chapter, sugar was mentioned as the number one enemy of health and weight, and the first step towards healthier eating is to eat limited sugar and less of the other carbs, let 's call it reduced carb eating. Despite the popularity of Paleo diets, I 'm not a fan of low or extremely low carb eating and I 'm not a fan of diets that encourage eating a lot of meat, fish and dairy, even though Paleo diets also encourages eating plenty of vegetables. Instead, I 'm a fan of reduced carb eating where you eat little sugar and less other carbs and replace those sugars and other carbs with healthy food such as moderate meat and dairy, legumes, nuts and lots of vegetables. The magic about eating less sugar and other carbs is that you have fewer cravings and you have less hunger, which is something that is difficult to believe unless you have experienced it yourself. Critics (them again) might say it all doesn 't matter, that you don 't know if organic vegetables are truly organic and that organic food is too expensive. My belief is that organic food has a better chance being actually organic than non-organic food, that every bit towards health helps, and that the money in your wallet will dictate if you can buy organic or not. Even the government recommends eating lots of vegetables, they are full of vitamins, nutrients and especially fiber for your beneficial gut
