Instead, I 'm a fan of reduced carb eating where you eat little sugar and less other carbs and replace those sugars and other carbs with healthy food such as moderate meat and dairy, legumes, nuts and lots of vegetables. The magic about eating less sugar and other carbs is that you have fewer cravings and you have less hunger, which is something that is difficult to believe unless you have experienced it yourself.
