The youth population in Sub-Saharan Africa is increasing rapidly. Nearly one in three people living in the region, or about 297 million, are between the ages of 10 and 24. The population of Sub-Saharan Africa has over 56 million people aged between 15 to 24, who have not yet completed primary school, and require many alternatives to be able to gain employment to survive. Youth unemployment remains a barrier to the region 's development. Some of the highest rates on the continent are in southern Africa, where 51% of young women and 43% of young men are unemployed (The World’s Youth, 2013). But this still does not give them any satisfaction. And most the time, during holiday because of poverty, student have to sells in the street in order to be be able to help their parents to pay for school tuitions, and sometimes most of them have to create a small business to be able to gain money to help their family, brother and sister schools. The government introduced entrepreneurship programs to promote and enhance skills acquisition, the spirit of creativity, self-reliance and self-independence. In other to examined the determinants of entrepreneurial intention amongst university students in Cameroon, the motivations and obstacles, to entrepreneurship among university students in Cameroon, and whether there is any significant difference between entrepreneurial intention and selected demographic variables (gender, entrepreneurship education, and family background). This could be an example to be carried out by other sub-Saharan countries, to reduce the rate of unemployment. The training and support of more qualified teachers is also something not to be disregarded in the improvement of youth unemployment in sub-Saharan Africa. The major problem of African illegal immigration that Europe and United state of America are facing through in their modern cities is causes by unemployment in those countries. In order to resolve the issue, these modern continents with good and qualified education, have to work together with African leaders. They could help them settle down a good and qualified system of education that would permit to those youths to get a job when graduate so that they would not be involved in illegal immigration. One of the major causes of illegal immigration of young African is the unemployment problems their facing through in their countries. When graduate, with no jobs most of them have no choice to immigrate where they wish to have good life specially in Europe and America. Europe and USA in connection with African government have to work settle down and things about some strategies on how to promote and develop solutions that would increase the rate of youth employment and reduce the problem of illegal immigration in those modern countries. Some solution could be the creation and amelioration of professional’s skills that can be a factor to resolve the unemployment amongst youths in Sub-Saharan Africa. The amelioration of skills such as foundation skills, or basic literacy skills developed during primary school, would permit to those people to have a jobs
