There are some that have superior outcomes compared to many others that can have no effect on you. With an estimated number of 45 million Americans dieting every year, they are spending almost $33 billion each year on weight loss products. Three of the most common diets in this generation are the Atkins Diet, the Weight Watchers Diet, and the South Beach Diet. First, the Atkins Diet is a diet designed by a man named Robert Adkins. This diet takes an approach to limit the amount of carbohydrates that you are consuming. Dr. Atkins started this diet by first using it to solve his own overweight problem.
