The children of perfective outcome is always a goal which many parents approach. But, the hardest question is usually asked by a large of parents is that what is the effective method that should parents apiece use? And how can they deal with their children’s problem? Thereof, experts have carried out some studied in order to find out the best ways to thrive the children. Eventually, they had summarized into four primarily parents styles: authoritative, permissive, authoritarian and involved parenting styles. The result also reveals the tendency that almost parents belong to authoritative style is the most effective to their children outcome, specifically the authoritative parenting style have more affecting to the children than permissive parenting style in fostering their self-expression, emotional control and social skills. It is clear that no matter what parenting styles, parents always want to take care their children with deeply love, prepare for them a better life and develop their self-expression. The permissive parenting style would like to give their children a toy, or a consent to go out with their friends when they begs. Similarly, the authoritative likely possibly to give their offspring a candy or a toy when the children really want. In addition, both parenting styles willing to spend much money on hiring tutors and extracurricular activities to enhance children’s level and social skills too. They always encourages their offspring by requesting them to complete some chore, housework so as to help children create their confident and competence on dealing with simple troubles that play an important part in their life. In this study, another relationship between parenting styles and child development is presented. Participants were 7,836 adolescents enrolled in six high schools in San Francisco. They were provided with a questionnaire that included student background information, self-reported grades, parental attitudes and behaviors, and family commutation information. The study included three parenting styles, which were authoritarian, permissive, and authoritative. Each one of the styles were described in the students’ questionnaire. The authoritarian style included the idea that as a response to a bad grade, parents tend to get upset, and when good grades are achieved, parents tell the student to do even better than what they have done.
