The first and most important one is honesty. The second one is persistence. It will help person to fight till the end. The person, who is not persistent, can be defeated without any real facts.
There are many different cases described in literature and even in movies that explicitly show the importance of being persistent and honest to be able to be protected by law. Also, there was a good saying in Michael Mullane’s writing: “The minute enough of us stop believing, stop insisting that the law protect us all, and that every single one of us is accountable to the law – in that moment, the rule of law will be gone.”(Michael 2006)
In conclusion, honor and persistence together with right for defense are the important keys for using law to protect ourselves from injustice and public awareness is the power that may help to use that keys by every element in justice system.
