There are many ways to handle the organizational performance data and visualize them for an effective decision making. For example, in the web analytics, it helps to answer the critical queries like "how the website is performing with respects to our marketing objectives?" From a corporate’s perspective, a new visualization method such as Dashboards offer a quick way to view data and information. The end results may include variance comparisons, single metrics, geographical maps and graphical trend analysis. These types of user interface will helps others to easily comprehend the complex data relationships and performance metrics in such a format that is easily understandable and digestible by time pressured managers. The main purpose of this strategy, or mindset, is to gain actionable insights and actionable metrics. [4]
There are three main components to the Trinity Strategy:
1. Behavior: Behavior refers to the analysis of complex data that we all collect on a regular basis. The Behavior model of the Trinity Strategy is intended to get you to look at your Web Analytics data at a different level and drive the analysts to make valuable changes to the website.
2. Outcomes: Nothing matters if the ultimate result is not achieved. So this trinity concept also deals with how well is our website performing? It helps us to find put the answers for questions like where are you falling short? The outcomes component of the Trinity Strategy is to get you to look at your bottom line and really take a look to see if your website is fulfilling its objectives.
3. Experience: The Experience component of the Trinity Strategy works with an ultimate goal of improving our website for both financial benefit and customer’s web experience.
Thus by following the trinity mindset one can efficiently handle the data and the way we deal with the data in the corporate world. [5]
