In that case, all employees will know how to greet and treat people with intellectual disabilities with care, respect, and dignity. In addition, a travel and tourism business needs to adequate resources. For example, suitable transportation (traveling) such as cruise lines, buses, cars, trains, and airplanes that provide all necessary accommodations for individuals with intellectual disabilities. For tourism, the tour guides need to be understandable and present the information in ways that individuals with intellectual disabilities will understand. Also, the travel and tourism business needs to provide assistance for those that ask for it or require it. In addition, services such as priority for people who use wheelchairs, wide hallways and doorways, and elevators need to be provided. These services also need to be taken in consideration so that the guests will always feel comfortable will traveling and touring. If all of this is provided to the visitors with intellectual disabilities, they will enjoy their travel and tourism
