30 for 30: Unguarded is both difficult and impossible not to watch. The film is like watching a “jump ball” at the beginning of a basketball game, over, and over again. Cutting back and forth from images of his beautiful family to the hard-core faces of addiction. Chris was talented, good looking, and smart. He outwitted everyone to get his high. It is sad that he could not feel the same high on the basketball court, yet found it on the street. Chris teaches young kids basketball and shares his story of recovery. He has been alcohol and drug-free since August 1, 2008. He has found peace one day at a time.

In order to understand Yitzhak Rabin’s significance, we first need to acknowledge the historical context, rise to power, achievements and personality of Yitzhak Rabin.
This is one of my favorite essays because my sentences were strong and I had an excellent word choice. My introduction was short and to the point but it also kept the reader interested. “John Brown however, felt an urgency and a sense of personal responsibility which made him impatient with political campaigns,” this line is my favorite because I used descriptive and powerful words to describe how John Brown felt.

Winfrey is popularly known for hosting her own show, “The Oprah Winfrey Show” from 1986 to 2011. From there she launched her own television network OWN. Although, Winfrey is now one of the famous and richest African Americans, she did have a rough start in her young age.
