Relaxation is necessary in one’s day to day active life. A person must work hard but his energy is limited, and if he spends too much of it he will soon feel tired. Even a machine cannot work for a long time at a stretch and it is given rest at regular intervals, otherwise it gets out of order. To move out of our daily hectic schedule life or more specific to relax, we need to perform several activities of our choice to get relax, which also provide amusement, benefit to us. In the area of personal development, it encourages me for self-motivated learning, develops more self-reliance and self-discipline, boosts self-confidence and self-esteem, and generates a positive body image. It offers coping strategies and releases tension for managing stress. This is a place for me to integrate my experiences and place in life. A major study added to the growing evidence that stimulating one's mind by dancing can ward off Alzheimer's disease and other dementia, much as physical exercise can keep the body fit. Dancing also increases cognitive acuity at all ages. Dancing frequently - 76% reduced risk of dementia. (2) Second, My favorite sport unquestionably is swimming. It's why so many parents, over decades now, have used "TV time" as a euphemism for "peace and quiet."To most movie buffs, watching movies is enjoyable and full of charm, entertaining people, touching people’s soul. Some people believe that only movies that can teach us something about real life are worth watching. We can safely draw the conclusion that while movies that can teach us something about real life worth watching, action films and animations are equally important to our lives and should be given adequate respect. Working must be followed by a period of rest or recreation to rejoice. It can be said that if our leisure-time is properly utilized it will help us to develop our mind and soul and to get rid of being exhausted with our burdened workload.
