Imagine you are trying to plan a wedding, but you have a bride and a groom that are from two different places and you have to incorporate both of their wedding traditions in the ceremony and the reception. Marriage between two separate cultures comes with many benefits. Most of the time when cultures come together in marriage they are joining because of the inheritance of land, money or crops. This kind of party is” a weekend long gathering filled with love and admiration towards the bride”( Maslin, Sarah ), this is what the bridal party was like in England , it is much different in America, it is filled with alcohol, dancing , laughs, memorable times, and secrecy. That is not the only thing that the brides of England do that is unusual to the brides of America, it is a tradition where “it is good luck that a chimney sweep kisses the bride before she gets married”(Kabel , Micheal). There are many different forms of good luck, but this one from the old English traditions is the most unique. All of the things that lead up to the wedding are very important, but the most traditional part is the ceremony.

There are many things that each culture does different in their own separate weddings but they are all still filled with love, fun, tradition, and unity.
