Reflection My goal of this behavior change project was to implement more physical activity each day and keep a healthy diet after working out. During this process, I have learned a lot about how to stick to a strict schedule and how to overcome the challenges I have experienced already. My desire outcome was to have at least 5 out of the 7 days to be successful each week. There were some minor setbacks, but I was able to come back and succeed the following week. I have also learned that people learn from their failures.
Accomplishing goals and personal records is huge and leaves the brain extremely satisfied with itself. It’s another reason to get up everyday, even if school/work is stressing you out. When you see yourself constantly improving, you can’t just stop, you keep going and getting better. It’s an endless cycle of needing to improve and you gain confidence because you are doing so much better than at the beginning. The mirror is much easier to look into in the morning and you find yourself saying “hey good lookin!” All of this due to you being mentally hooked on being the best you possible.
They could benefit from it, it would help maintain their balance and flexibility. They don’t have to lift weight they could do yoga and walk every day. By doing that almost every day they will have a way more productive day then a person who doesn 't exercise. Exercise is huge primary thing that people should get the habit of doing every day it would benefit there life. The people that are physically active already should continue to do it.
