Humans have always been of social nature and they have taken it to the next level to keep in touch. Technology in the past couple of years has made it possible to serve human’s needs for interaction and more. Humans have always had some sort of contact with each other but over time it has only gotten easier. People have started out with word of mouth, to sending messengers, to then getting mail, and now with technology, we have email and social networking. Tweets can range from interesting news stories to celebrity gossip, but it’s mostly a place where teenagers post everything on their mind. A good majority of the tweets are random thoughts that pop in their heads or a general comment about things going on in their lives’. Twitter’s content is endless and can be informational, funny, or just something to scroll through. Twitter allows you to comment, share, or favorite posts. Instagram is more like Facebook than Snapchat or Twitter. Instagram is a social media site purely for sharing videos and pictures. Like every other app, you can share, favorite, or comment on posts. The pictures will remain up until the owner of the account takes them down and anyone who follows you will see them. Instagram has a direct message system but its primary use is to post pictures. Instagram’s content reaches out to most age groups but is still dominant in the teens to early 20s age
