When you start walking towards the stream you can hear the rushing water almost in harmony with the birds chirping all around you. You can feel the sun warm your skin as you walk in and out of the shadows. The air is chilly and crisp but when you walk in a sunny spot you find yourself to be in the perfect temperature. With every step small sticks crackle at your feet and you can feel the soft, moist, pine needle covered forest floor squish beneath your foot. When you stop walking and close your eyes the only thing on your mind is nature. All of your stress and fears fall away like nothing. You reach your inner peace and you feel truly happy. Thats what the forest brings you, happiness.
