The Transtheoretical Model was introduced by James Prochaska and Carlo DiClemente in 1970. The model was focused on decision making of the individual and also a model of an intended change. The model is also for applying a range of behaviors because it is used in debates to lead a sharp opinion about the model’s value. With the models, there are important different cognitive factors at different stages and these emphasizes to design the people who transformed from one stage to the next stage. It has a deep influence on health promotion, that become the most well-known and popular concepts in the field. (Prochaska and DiClemente, 1983). It is about the activities and experiences of a person while applying and engaging in his or her journey of changing behavior. The stages shows that when a specific changes occurs in intentions and behaviors, while the processes of change defines how these changes occur. In experiential processes it includes consciousness training, dramatic relief, re-evaluation of self, re-evaluation in environment and liberation in self. For the behavioral processes there are 5 remaining and these are, helping relationship, counter conditioning, reinforcement in management, controlling stimulus and social liberation. Raising consciousness finds and learns new facts, thoughts and tips that will support the behavioral that changes which is recommended. In the process of dramatic relief, a person experiences negative emotions like fear, anxiety and worry which it risky for the particular behavior. Re-evaluating the self gives a realization in the behavior change that is important part of a person’s identity. Re-evaluation in environment also gives realization that give negative or positive impression of the problem behavior and recommended behavior on a person’s physical environment. According to Moore, M.J. (2015) From Prochaska, the TTM was described a chronological development using 6 stages as individuals make their advancements as they begin the process of change in their selves to change their behaviors. The TTM is suitable for the conscription of a population, it can result high retaining rates and suitable for assessing an outcome. (Velicer, W. F., et.al, 2000). While on Mezirow, he had offered 10 phases of transformation viewpoint in own research that he made from Theory of Transformative Learning or known as TLT. In his theory it states that, adults understands their life experiences, making a true meaning and changing their beliefs, or attitude. Changing in perspectives is in a person’s freeing from his own beliefs, actions, attitudes, values and feelings that have been limited and one-sided
