The Role of Immigration on Legal and Illegal Immigrants

The social issue that will be covered in this paper is the role immigration plays in daily life for both legal and illegal immigrants. This issue has seen a more prominent place as of late due to many events thought to have been caused by the allowing of members from disagreeing societies into America. The sociology of immigration involves the sociological analysis of immigration, especially with regard to race and ethnicity, social structure, and political policy, significant concepts include assimilation, enculturation, marginalization, multiculturalism, post colonialism, transnationalism and communal cohesion.
The point of view is different for many since America is a place of complex admission. Some people were forced here and those same people’s ancestors are not welcome members of this society that has robbed these people of generations of togetherness. The age old Americas streets are paved in gold seems to have come from stories sent to other countries from both illegal and legal immigrants, since there seems to be a great deal more opportunities afforded in America verses their home countries.
Immigration has long been a social issue in America, but now there has been an increase in the “war” of who is allowed into the country. While America is made up of a host of people from different countries it seems as if there is major issue allowing for more of these same peoples into this land.
Since 2001, when September 11th happened, many people in the United States have had a fear of allowing immigrants into the U.S. It went to levels of border control and more. ... are kept out of the U.S., then everything that has been kept precise for all these years will begin to disintegrate. The fear that has not left the hearts of the American people since September 11th of 2001 is now getting turned onto the immigrants and whether allowing them into the U.S. is a threat. The question “Is third world immigration a threat to America’s way of life?” is an important question because the answer is no. Although some immigrants can be daring, that is not inconvenient to the U.S. because they should not be allowed in. Other immigrants come to the U.S. to work and make the economy better. People should begin to care about immigrants because without them, the economy would be ruined. Thanks to immigrants, new jobs are made and the economy is in an acceptable condition. Immigrants are proud to work in America and are proud to become Americans
