Technology Revolution (Internet Boom in the 90’s) Before the 21st century, technology such as the internet hasn't really been known by many people. But when engineers such as Tim Bernes-Lee invented the World Wide Web, the internet had a big boom in popularity and development. When they released the World Wide Web, it was revolutionary. It was now possible for people to access any information they wanted in a matter of seconds.
